Can I do a trial class?
Yes, please contact us to book a free trial class.
How do I arrange a private class?
Please email the gym with your requirements.
What should I wear for my trial class?
You can wear track suit, leggings or shorts and T shirt.
What equipment do I need? When and where do I buy them?
You will need two sticks to start with. We suggest you buy a pair when you have decided to start training. We stock equipment at our gym or you can buy from our online shop.
Should I bring water?
Yes, you should bring water or anything to drink.
Can I freeze my membership to go on holiday or at Christmas?
No, the gym will not be able to operate if this was the case.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available on our direct premises at Unit 1.
Which is the nearest tube station?
Willesden Junction station is a 10- minute walk away.
Can I pay per class?
Hybrid FMA is a members club and we prefer you to take a full membership. Individual classes are £25.

Yes, we are a very successful competitive club and we can help you reach your goals.
